Impossible to enter the value "none" in LOM 1.3 language field

It is currently impossible to enter the value "none" in LOM 1.3 language field (which is not the same as not entering any value). Unlike other vocabulary fields, language is based on the Locale abstraction (language-country-region). This will have to be extended to support "none", or an indirection trough a vDex will have to be provided.
