More granular access control for Vocabularies

The access control for editing of vDex vocabularies must be made more granular. This is essential:

  • For allowing distributed creation and sharing of vDex vocabularies
  • For protecting vocabularies essential to Eurekâ's operation or defined by an official standard.

So technically it has to be possible to associate users to vocabularies, and qualify this association:

  • Owner: Can edit everything in a vocabulary, add and delete terms, relationships, etc.
  • Editor: Can only edit captions and descriptions.
