Support virtual hosts as alternative root themes

This feature would allow linking an alternative root themes, allowing eureka to host sub-sites.

This can be implemented in one of two ways (prefereably both): -Store a ROOT_THEME variable in the session, that can be changed with a URL parameter -Create a mapping table from the hostname to a theme. In this case, breaking out implies to change the URL. This could also tie in to a more complete virtual host system.

The default behaviour when moving between edit fields in most user interfaces is to select all the text in the target edit field. Urwid currently just moves the cursor and doesn't provide​wow gold​gold wow an easy way to delete all the text.

It would also be nice to allow the user to select text with the mouse and with SHIFT + arrow keys the way they can in other interfaces.

I notice that a lot more products ​http://putana037.co.cc are being hosted on Amazon S3 servers these days. And I've also noticed that a *ton* of people don't protect their S3 files properly and they end being exposed to the public if you know where to look. So I created this little program (Windows only) that checks an S3 bucket to see if its ​http://putana038.co.cc contents are exposed and lets you download them if they are. It's pretty basic... but it works. And I've been surprised at how many things I can download once I've got the root S3 name. For example, everybody seems to ​http://putana039.co.cc be talking about the new Delta Squadron info-product. Surprise... it's all publicly available on their S3 site (media.deltasquadron.com).
